Privacy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
A full privacy policy is being prepared and will be published here once Lumyx Health has adopted it. This page describes what the website does today, so that nothing is left unsaid in the meantime.
This website
It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no tag manager, no advertising network and no third-party script. Nothing about your visit is measured, so there is nothing to ask your consent for.
Our hosting provider still sees your request. Like any website, this one is delivered by a server, and that server processes the ordinary information needed to deliver it — your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser and the time. Saying “this website collects nothing” without mentioning that would not be accurate.
The waitlist and the survey
Both are forms hosted by Brevo, a third-party provider. Following either link takes you off this site. What you submit goes to Lumyx Health through Brevo, and does not pass through this website.
That is a fact about how the site is built, not a transfer of responsibility. Lumyx Health owns those forms and is responsible for what you submit to them.
The waitlist asks for an email address. The survey asks about your experience. Please do not put anything in either that you would not want sitting in an email inbox — neither is a medical record, and neither is protected as one.
There is no app yet
Lumyx Health is in development. There is nothing to sign into, and no one has given us any health information. When the product opens, it will be covered by a policy describing what it actually does — published before it accepts anything, not after.
Asking us anything
To ask what Lumyx holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, write to info@lumyxhealth.com. Questions about this page are welcome at the same address.
