A clearer way through midlife
You have been keeping track of all of it.
In your head.
The nights you barely slept. The weeks that felt fine. Roughly when it started. Lumyx Health is being built so that you can put it down somewhere — and so the person treating you can see the same picture you do.
Created by a board-certified OB-GYN for perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Why Lumyx
It is never just one symptom. It is the whole picture.
Sleep that breaks at 3am. Fog that makes you doubt your own memory in a meeting. Moods that arrive from nowhere. A cycle that has stopped being predictable. And advice that contradicts itself depending on who you ask.
Any one of them is manageable. Together, they are exhausting to explain — especially in fifteen minutes, from memory, to someone who is meeting you for the first time.
Lumyx is being designed to hold those pieces for you, so that what has actually been happening is in front of you both.

See the pattern
Twelve weeks, five symptoms, one picture.
Logging how you feel is meant to take seconds. Lumyx is being designed to turn that into severity over time — the thing that is almost impossible to hold in your head, and the thing your clinician most needs to see.
Severity over 12 weeks
0 = none · 10 = severe
Sleep and hot flashes moved together for seven weeks. Both shifted after the treatment note; energy took longer. Whether any of that is connected is a question for your clinician — this is what makes it possible to ask.
Example data. The pattern shown is drawn to demonstrate the view — it is not a real patient record and not a claim about any treatment.
| Symptom | Week 1 | Week 2 | Week 3 | Week 4 | Week 5 | Week 6 | Week 7 | Week 8 | Week 9 | Week 10 | Week 11 | Week 12 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sleep (disruption) | 7 | 8 | 7 | 8 | 7 | 8 | 7 | 6 | 5 | 4 | 3 | 3 |
| Hot flashes (severity) | 8 | 7 | 9 | 8 | 8 | 8 | 9 | 7 | 6 | 4 | 4 | 3 |
| Mood (variability) | 6 | 7 | 6 | 7 | 6 | 6 | 6 | 5 | 5 | 4 | 4 | 4 |

Severity, not just presence
Something you have had for nine months is a different conversation from something that started last week.

Lumyx is still being built. This is not — it is the short version of what it is being built to do for you, and it works on paper today.
Draft, pending clinical review.
Write down, before you go
- What changed, and roughly when it started
- How many days or nights a week it happens
- What makes it better or worse, if anything does
- Anything else that started around the same time
Bring with you
- Recent lab results, if you have them
- Everything you take, including supplements
- Dates of anything that changed recently
- The one thing you most want addressed
Worth asking
- What else could explain this?
- What would you want to know at the next visit?
- What should I track between now and then?
- Is there anything I should not wait on?
Keeping all of that current, by hand, for months, is the part that is genuinely hard. That is the part Lumyx is being built to take off you.

Conversational, and careful
An assistant that listens first.
Some of it is hard to put into words, and most of it never makes it into the fifteen minutes you get. Lumyx is being designed around a conversation instead — one that helps you say it, remembers it for you, and has it ready when you need it.
- Puts words to what is happening, in your language, not a form.
- Keeps the timeline for you, so the details survive until the appointment.
- You decide what is shared, and with whom.

Illustrative conversation
I have been waking at 3am most nights for months now. I do not even know if it is worth bringing up.
It is worth bringing up. Let us get it down properly first — roughly how many nights a week, and did it start around the same time as anything else you noticed?
Five or six. And the hot flashes started around the same time, I think in the spring.
I have added both to your timeline from spring onward. When you see your clinician, the two starting together is the detail worth leading with — it is the kind of pattern that is easy to lose when you are recalling it in the room.
Shall I put those into a one-page summary for your next appointment?
Lumyx supports informed care; it does not replace clinical judgment.
One platform. Two connected experiences.
You and your clinician should be looking at the same thing.

Questions
What people ask us.
What is Lumyx Health?
Lumyx Health is a physician-led platform being built to help women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond — while helping clinicians provide more informed, connected care. It will bring symptoms, cycles, health history, laboratory results, treatments, and personal priorities into one view for women, while supporting clinicians with concise context and reviewed evidence. Lumyx is designed to strengthen, not replace, clinical judgment or the relationship between a woman and her clinician.
What makes Lumyx Health different?
Lumyx is more than a symptom tracker, content library, chatbot, or one-size-fits-all menopause clinic. It will connect two experiences: women can build a clearer health story, and, with their authorization, clinicians can review a concise summary supported by trusted evidence. By connecting preparation, the visit, and follow-up, Lumyx will help women and clinicians use their time together more meaningfully, while closing the knowledge gap around midlife care for women.
Who is Lumyx Health designed for?
Lumyx is being designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause — and for the clinicians and organizations that care for them. For women, it will look beyond hot flashes to sleep, mood, cognition, menstrual changes, sexual and urinary health, metabolism, bone and heart health, gynecologic concerns, and prevention. For clinicians and organizations, it will offer a clearer clinical picture, evidence-informed support, and a more useful starting point for care.
How will Lumyx Health work?
See the full picture. Lumyx will help women bring together symptoms, cycles, health history, treatments, selected laboratory results, priorities, and questions — so important details are easier to understand and less likely to be overlooked. Come prepared. Women can review and edit their information, then decide what to share. Clinicians can quickly see the concerns, patterns, and context that matter most, with relevant evidence to support — not replace — their clinical judgment. Stay connected over time. Lumyx will help women and clinicians follow symptoms, treatment response, decisions, education, and next steps, so each visit begins with a clearer understanding of what has changed.
Who is behind Lumyx Health?
Lumyx Health was founded and is led by a board-certified OB-GYN with more than a decade of experience in private practice and hospital care. A multidisciplinary team brings expertise in clinical care, product development, technology, design, privacy, and security. Lumyx grew from seeing women's midlife concerns fragmented across symptoms, specialists, and short visits. The team is building a clearer way for women and clinicians to see the full picture together.
Can I use Lumyx Health with my current clinician?
Yes. Lumyx is being built to support the clinician you already know and trust. When available, you can choose whether to share a concise summary; your clinician will decide how to use it within your care.
When will Lumyx Health be available, and how do I get access?
Lumyx is currently in development. Joining the waitlist is the fastest way to hear when features become available, and early members may be invited to try the platform ahead of general access.
Will Lumyx Health diagnose me or tell me which treatment to take?
No. Lumyx will not independently diagnose, prescribe, or choose treatment. It will organize the information you provide, offer education from reviewed sources, and help you prepare questions. Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with you and an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Who will control access to my information?
Lumyx is being designed to keep you in control of your information. You can review or correct it and choose what to share and with whom. Personal tracking will remain separate from information you authorize for clinical use, with permissions and privacy practices explained clearly.
How is Lumyx Health designed to support clinicians?
With the woman's authorization, Lumyx may give clinicians a concise view of symptoms, cycles, relevant history, medications and treatments, priorities, and changes over time, with efficient access to reviewed evidence and clinical care pathways. The goal is a more productive visit without replacing the clinician's assessment, documentation, or judgment.
How will Lumyx Health use artificial intelligence and maintain evidence quality?
AI will have a defined, assistive role: organizing patient-reported information, identifying patterns for review, retrieving approved content, and summarizing reviewed evidence. It will not independently diagnose, prescribe, invent guidance, change patient information silently, or make treatment decisions. Important outputs should be labeled, editable, traceable to their sources, and open to clinician review; urgent or high-risk pathways will not rely on generative AI alone.
How can healthcare organizations collaborate with Lumyx Health?
Lumyx is not offering a finished, one-size-fits-all rollout. Current collaboration focuses on listening, responsible co-design, research, workflow testing, education, and planning for future pilots. Organizations can explore a defined opportunity shaped by their population, clinical environment, and governance requirements.
How does Lumyx Health approach privacy, safety, and responsible innovation?
Privacy, safety, and governance are being built in from the start. Lumyx is designed around patient-controlled sharing, clear clinical boundaries, reviewable evidence, clinician judgment, data minimization, and appropriate privacy and security controls. Relevant legal, regulatory, clinical-safety, privacy, and security requirements must be implemented and assessed before deployment. Lumyx will make compliance claims only when the necessary people, processes, technology, and data flows are in place.
